Evan Feeley is a business, real estate, and estate planning focused attorney. He advises on entity formation, contract creation, leasing issues, boundary disputes, and combining parcels of land among other matters. Evan also guides clients through the decision to form or not to form a trust, and if so what kind of trust best suits the client’s needs.

Evan came to the law later in life after owning a few small businesses, and operating commercial and residential real estate. As a career advisor for Goodwill, he helped people improve professionally through training and forming their own businesses, especially in the trades. In law school Evan focused his studies on Contract Law and Contract structure, which culminated in an International Business Law Internship at the largest law firm in Vietnam where he advised on American Common Law, especially as it related to employment law.
