Tyler W. Timm is an associate attorney with Kittelsen, Barry, Wellington, & Thompson, S.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of litigation, specifically focusing on Business and Contract disputes.  Prior to joining the Kittelsen firm, Tyler worked for the University of Nebraska at Omaha in their Aviation Institute as an instructor.  

Tyler received his undergraduate degree from the Iowa State University in 2020, his graduate degree from Purdue University in 2021, and his J.D degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2025.

In 2025, Tyler moved to Wisconsin. Since his arrival in Wisconsin, he has enjoyed becoming familiar with the great culture, food, and people and is proud to call our great state home. In Tyler’s free time he enjoys boating on the weekends, golfing, and cheering on the Brewers.
